We’ve firstly met Peter and Jimmy in 2017 when they hosted a wine tasting at the Newcomer, we loved their wines and think the wines they have could be the best mates with our food. Back then we thought we could re-open on Upper Street and will put their wines on our menu, which didn’t happen in the end. So we are going to be cooking at Newcomer Wine for two nights on 17th and 18th of April, to give this match a chance to happen.
A selection of pure and fine wines from Central Europe and France will be poured by the Newcomer, carefully picked by all of us, which including some wines that are rarely open and available by-the-glass.
Tickets are £25 per person, including all food by us for the evening. There is no need to book, just come anytime after 6pm and enjoy some great wine.
